What Is Skin Rejuvenation?
Skin Rejuvenation is a cosmetic treatment (or series of cosmetic treatments), which aims to restore a youthful appearance to the human face. Facial rejuvenation can be achieved through different procedures that are surgical or non-surgical. The services that Way Gone Aesthetics provide work below the skin’s surface to enact changes at the cellular level. These procedures include: Micro-needling, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), Laser procedures like Laser Genesis or add-ons like the Carbon Laser Genesis – they provide dramatic, transformative results that will change the way you see your skin
At Way Gone Aesthetics, we offer micro-needling to our patients. Microneedling is the latest trend in this quest to stay youthful. For those looking to improve the look of acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles, loose skin, skin texture, pore size, brown spots, stretch marks, boost collagen, pigment issues, or encourage hair growth, microneedling can offer a minimally invasive solution. Microneedling is the insertion of very fine short needles into the skin for the purposes of rejuvenation. Skin treated with 4-6 microneedling sessions spaced one month apart produced up to a 400% increase in collagen and elastin six months after completing treatment. It’s also called skin needling, collagen induction therapy (CIT), and percutaneous collagen induction (PCI).
Laser Facial Rejuvenation
Laser Genesis Therapy It is a non-invasive procedure that is also called the Charcoal Facial or Charcoal Peel.
The treatment is delivered by our state-of the-art Q-switched Nd-Yag Laser that produces short, rapid, high intensity pulses of light that penetrates the deep layers of the skin. The 1064nm wavelength selectively targets facial imperfections such as acne causing bacteria, enlarged pores, abnormal skin pigmentation while also stimulating collagen production for firmer more youthful looking skin.
During the procedure, the face is cleansed, then a thin layer of our black carbon mask is applied. The laser light vaporizes the black particles of carbon, along with the superficial dead layer of skin. Our Black Carbon is a Nano- activated carbon and contains rich minerals to help give your skin a glowing complexion.

What is microneedling?
Microneedling uses tiny needles to create hundreds of vertical microscopic channels in the skin. This process stimulates your skin’s natural ability to heal itself through the production of new collagen and elastin.
How does microneedling work?
We use a microneedling pen, which is gently pressed against your skin and uses straight needles to penetrate at a 90 degree angle.
This stimulates your skin’s natural ability to heal by producing new collagen and elastin fibers, encouraging your skin to look and feel healthier
Where can I use microneedling on myself?
It can be safely used on all parts of the body the face, neck and décolletage (the area that of your chest that is exposed when you wear a top with a lower neckline). It helps improve:

- Age and brown spots
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Stretch marks
- Acne scarring
- Uneven skin tone
- Large pore size
